What We Do

The Institute for Professionalism & Success (TIPS™) is a subsidiary of the JAWC Group, LLC.  TIPS™ assists small- to medium-sized organizations and individuals with becoming employers/employees of choice by creating civil, equitable, respectful, engaged, and productive people and workplaces.  We assist by:

    • Providing TIPS™ Customized Training Design & Development, resources, and tools to address such workplace issues as diversity & inclusion, sexual harassment, and bullying to improve workplace environment, set expectations about behavior/conduct, and increase employee engagement.  TIPs™ works collaboratively with you within your budget and timeframe.
    • Preparing and empowering small- to medium-sized organizations and mid-level supervisors to become excellent contributors, provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the organization, and transform their organizations and employees into civil, equitable, respectful, engaging, and productive workplaces through our TIPS™ Supervisor Masterclass and TIPS™ Personal Best Coaching Program.
    • Identifying areas for improvement in workplace policies, practices, and culture that are inconsistent with organizational mission, values, and brand; and therefore, assisting organizations with TIPS™ Strategic Organizational Alignment.

 

Our Vision

TIPS™ aspires to be a preeminent and nationally recognized thought leader on the role and impact of supervisors on organizations and workplace culture; and provider of training, education, resources, and tools to assist organizations and individuals with handling the day-to-day operations and aligning workplace policies, practices, and culture with mission, values, and brand.
